Last week we had the pleasure of photographing Mark and Monica's wedding. Talk about detail overload! There were so many gorgeous things to photograph from the henna, to the jewellery, and of course the ceremony itself. This was a photographer's dream in a lot of ways. We were given the freedom to photograph however we liked in a beautiful environment that was very open to us shooting.
On the technical side of things, we brought a pretty vast arsenal of gear. For cameras we brought two Canon EOS 1DS MK2 bodies, and a 5D MK3. For lensing we brought a 50mm f/1.2L, 24-70 f/2.8L, 24-105 f/4L, and a 16-35 f/2.8L. This gave us quite a bit of overlap to allow both of us to shoot without having to switch lenses back and forth. For lights we used a Profoto 7B pack, and an Acute 1200 pack. Between both packs and 4 heads, we were able to put out around 2400ws to light the ceremony.
We had such a great time shooting this wedding and are quite pleased with the images we created. Please take a minute to check out some of our favourite shots!
